The process starts with signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Service Agreement to ensure confidentiality and outline project terms. This protects your intellectual property and clarifies responsibilities for both parties. Step 2. Design MaterialWhat materials do I need to provide to GPB for design customization? You can share any one of options below:• Rough sketch with simple outline of the perfume bottle and cap• Professional drawing including accurate dimensions and technical data• 3D drawing, file format like Step, Stp, Igs, Obj or others• Physical sample of perfume bottle packaging you want to be designed as yours• Mock-up / prototype of perfume bottle packaging• Other samples of product you want to be designed as your perfume packaging• Any concept, vision, mission, value, story and target-audience that related to your company and brand• Pictures or images of buildings, artworks and any other objects that you want to be designed as your perfume packaging Step 3. CreationHow does GPB translate my ideas into designs? Our design team creates 2D drawing, 3D drawing, and photorealistic renderings based on your input. These visuals help you visualize the final product and request adjustments before prototyping. We can also create a 3D printing prototype before mold production.How many design revisions are included?We offer unlimited round of revisions at no extra cost. The revision need to be done based on first model, additional changes may incur fees, depending on complexity. Step 4. Cost & Timeframe ConfirmationWhat factors influence the final quotation? Pricing depends on:• Material costs (glass, plastic, metal)• Surface treatment (polish, frosting)• Decorations (logo, color). • Order volume (different quantity different price). • Design complexity (unique shapes, engravings, custom caps). • Logistics (packaging, shipping terms).Why is a mold fee required, and is it refundable?Mold fees cover the cost of creating custom tooling for your design. This fee is non-refundable but may be credited toward future bulk orders.How long does mold production take?Mold development typically takes 20–30 business days, depending on design intricacy. The file formats we work with include STEP, STL, and OBJ, which are compatible with 3D printers for producing mock-ups. Typically, all accessories are designed together in a single file to ensure seamless integration for each component of a perfume packaging design. Additionally, we also create 2D drawings and renderings as part of our services. Step 2. Material selection Import Resin Pure white, used to print precise, good toughness, good strength part. Photosensitive Resin With smooth surface and details of photosensitive resin, the printed parts is colorness, it looks like the real transparent plastic.
