The glass tube is inserted into the bottle maker sleeve from top to bottom. The machine is equipped with oxygen duct, liquefied gas duct and air duct.

The production of perfume glass vials is mainly the processing of the top and bottom of the bottle, and the mold is the top mold of the oral liquid bottle. Large bottle mouth, small flat mouth, threaded mouth, bayonet mouth, jaw mouth are made of different molds, and the appearance of the bottle is also different. The height of the bottle is set on the machine by our bottle maker. The thickness of the bottle is determined by the diameter of the glass tube purchased by our company's purchasing staff in the glass tube factory, which results in the shape and capacity of the bottle.

Each perfume glass vial produced from the bottle maker is directly queued to enter the random annealing furnace. Perfume glass vials require a 550-annealing process at 600 degrees for 50 minutes. Annealing is to protect the stress control of perfume glass vials to achieve the bottle's compression and drop resistance. Then the perfume glass vial goes to the next link, and the packaging is checked manually. There are three categories of inspectors: inspecting and perfume glass vials, inspecting packaging and sampling. Manual inspection of packaging is divided into inspection and perfume glass vials, packaging into small boxes, inspection of small box bottles, wrapping, heat sealing, inspection packaging and sampling. Sampling is sent to the laboratory for inspection of perfume glass vials, and qualified products that meet relevant standards are inspected by the laboratory.
